A super cute way for your USB to find its way back

ohhh technology, tutorial

In this super fast paced world where we aim to instill a paperless environment (yay go green), you probably have a USB which holds every minute detail of your super busy life. It has your projects, schedules, inventory, assignments, logbooks, work data, budgeting, and your christmas wishlist. To lose this device would be a tragedy (dan dan DAAAAN)!

So here's a super cute way to help your USB find its way back to you if ever such a tragedy happens.

This is from my good friend (and great artist Hsiangie).

To get this you have to download this.

Then you unzip the file

It contains 3 files namely:

Help!.exe

readme.txt

autorun.inf

put these 3 files in the root of your USB folder, such as K:/

1. then yun na, you can edit the readme.txt if you still want to.

2. you can change the title by editing the label = "Help! I'm Lost", parang gumagawa ka ng wesite na title <Untitled Document> /title.

3. if you wanna edit the icon, look for a .ico file "which is an icon file", then place it in your USB root folder, name it to autorun.ico. Open autorun.inf through notepad, theres icon=help!.exe, change it to autorun.ico. then save, exit, then tapos na!!!

PS. What Hsiang did is hide the file, kasi istorbo eh.
(How to? right click on the file and lalabas yung properties window, check the "hidden")
